The Island

So the Island in question is actually “Islands”, namely St. Vincent & the Grenadines. It’s located just about 100 miles South West of the island of Barbados. It’s a great place for a vacation with multitudes of activities, most important of which is its carnival, you can find more information about the island at the St. Vincent & the Grenadines tourism website here

There is a particulary unique festival held every December called “9 mornings” – it’s a range of activities held before dawn for 9 days (hence the name). You can find out more about it here.
