Welcome to my blog, I hope you find the information here somewhat useful and/or informative. The whole point is to further expose the world to the sometimes lesser known talent of the Caribbean and from time to time, the occasional fun happenings that you may not know about otherwise.

I’m from a small island in the southern West Indies called Saint Vincent & the Grenadines. I’m currently on a North American tour so I get asked about my country and what its like there fairly often. Hopefully folks can get all the information they need by coming here and I can get back to having my pastry.
